Assessment registration

Before opening the online assessment, we ask for your first name, last name and email address. These details are saved privately on the server hosting this website, together with the registration time and source, so Prodner Ghana can record assessment registrations. They are not stored in public website files. A registration notification containing your name, email and registration time is sent to hello@prodnerghana.com through Hostinger Email. We also send a one-time welcome email to your registered address with your first name, the audit link and guidance for using it. Replies go to hello@prodnerghana.com. The welcome and its delivery status are stored privately so failed deliveries can be retried and repeat registrations do not send duplicate welcomes. This is not a newsletter subscription.

Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We use an essential access cookie that lasts up to 24 hours so you do not need to register again during that period. The cookie contains a random access reference, not your name or email. If it expires or is cleared, use your private email link to reopen your audit. Reset assessment clears saved answers and scores, but does not delete your registration or any summary already shared with Karen. Contact us to delete your registration and revoke your private link.

Newsletter signup

The newsletter signup form is provided by Substack for Karen Punch’s existing publication. When you subscribe, your email address goes directly to Substack to manage your subscription and deliver Karen’s newsletters. The embedded form loads content from Substack, which handles information according to its own privacy policy. Assessment registration does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or manage your subscription on Substack. Any signups collected by this website before the Substack connection remain in private server storage and have not been automatically imported. Contact Karen to request access, correction or deletion of those earlier records.

Your assessment answers

The assessment calculates results from your answers. Your answers, current section and completion state are saved privately on our hosting server against your registration so you can resume or revisit scores. Your welcome email contains a private access link. Anyone with that link can open your audit, so please keep it private. Entering an email address again does not reveal existing saved answers. Opening the emailed link ends any earlier unverified registration-only access; other browsers can use the same emailed link to sign in. If you tick the sharing permission and select Send my results to Karen, your answers are submitted securely to calculate a summary. Your overall score, pillar scores and priority areas are then emailed to hello@prodnerghana.com with your registration name and email, so Karen can contact you about the results. Individual answers are retained privately for your saved audit, but are not included in the email to Karen. The requested summary and its delivery status are kept privately; undelivered notifications can be retried. Sharing results does not subscribe you to Substack.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, topic and message are sent through Hostinger Email to hello@prodnerghana.com so Karen can respond. Your email address is included as the reply address. Messages remain in the business mailbox until removed; the website does not save a separate enquiry database. We use temporary request counts to limit spam. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Your choices

You can choose to copy a result summary. Copying places the text on your device’s clipboard. You decide whether to paste and send it elsewhere. To request correction or deletion of your saved registration or newsletter signup, contact Karen using the link below. Assessment registrations, saved answers, private access records and notification records remain in private storage until removed by the site operator. Received notifications and shared summaries remain in the business mailbox until removed.

External links and files

LinkedIn links take you to an external service with its own privacy practices. The PDF guide is available directly without registration. The newsletter form and signup link connect to Substack. Booking integration and marketing analytics have not been configured.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Assessment registrations and earlier newsletter signups are kept in private server storage, separate from the public website files, until removed by the site operator.
